In a recent appearance on “Undeniable with Joe Buck,” UFC Hall of Famer and two-time welterweight champion Matt Hughes stated that he was in the process of speaking with a mixed martial arts organization to fight once more.

“If I could find an opponent that I think I could beat, I would go again. I might even be talking to an organization about that. I could be in talks… The guy I’m talking about fighting might have been in this chair.”

According to MMA Fighting, Hughes is referencing MMA legend and another UFC Hall of Famer Royce Gracie. The two first met at UFC 60 in May 2006, when Hughes overwhelmed Gracie on his way to a TKO victory in the first round.
